The Institution has More then 120 lecture
halls and 3 drawing halls. There are 5 seminar hall to
accommodate more then 500 people. Each department has got its
own independent labs and seminar halls. The common facilities
are such as Auditorium, Guest House, a Branch of Union Bank, 2
bank ATM Facility (Bank of Baroda & Union bank), Canteen,
24hr. full power backup including hostel, RO Water and Proposed Staff Quarters & Principal Quarter.

Hostel facility are available
inside the campus. Here the students stay in a healthy atmosphere and
perfect living conditions along with friends to share the
precious moments of life. Separate hostels for boys (Mithila
Hostel) and girls (Janki Girls Hostel) with modern amenities help the students to pursue their
education in a homely environment.
The Boys hostels have a total boarding capacity of 600 students
while the Girls hostel accommodates 300 girl students. Deputy
Wardens are available in the campus. For PG students there are separate
floor.

The Shankara Campus is abuzz with activities all around the year.
It has ample facilities for sports and
games. A Deputy Director of Physical Education organizes
these activities. There are facilities for playing
Cricket, Football, Table Tennis, Carom, Chess and much
more other games. A
running track is also available. The students have been
participating in inter-collegiate, InterUniversity and
State level sports and games. Their performance has been
quite satisfactory. Students are encouraged to participate in sports at different levels.
The Institute also organizes quizes, debates, group discussions and essay writing
competitions. This ensures all round development as students by creatively aiding in academic environment of the Institute.

Canteen is not just the place where you go to eat. Especially in our College this place is an open arena for debate, argumentative sessions on different issues, cracking gossips, kidding and having loads of fun with cutlets, burgers, tea, coffee and coke in between as gap fillers.
It is the force of double 'f' that drives you to come to a canteen as often as you can. Food and friends- both initiate with 'f' and canteen is the union zone for the two. College canteens build up an ambience of rendezvous where you would love to spend all day with pals keeping away all hassles of mundane living.
So college canteens can really make and shape your life. Guys who just crowd for time pass also have something to learn from the canteen session. Thoughts are raised and you too are provoked to think about those. In a nutshell canteens are more than simple hangouts which add different flavors to your life.

The college has its own dispensary where the medical facilities exist for the students and staff members. A duly-qualified doctor and proper stock of medicines have been ensured by the college authorities. In addition to the day-to-day attendance to ailments, special attention is paid to the health of the students. All the students are medically examined at least once a year by the College Medical Officer and Standard Physico-Medical Record of such students maintained.

We provide excellent gym facilities for all staff and
students. Gym is located on the first floor of our Right
Main Building, the gym is available throughout the week,
including Sunday mornings. In addition to the gym we offer
a range of classes including Yoga for Beginners, Circuit
Training and Jogging for Beginners.
We also host a Sports Union for students who wish to participate in physical activity and competitive sport. |
