along with the thyristors i.e. SCRs various semiconductors power devices such as power diodes, DIAC, MOSFET, IGBT and GTO devices are introduced in this subject and practical work on operation and working on this is a must and this fast developing world of semiconductor technology. all devices are related with industrial applications are included in this lab. this subject can be considered as power electronics related to power devices.
